Sandy Fritz, MS, NCTMB has given over 30,000 massage sessions in her 30-year professional career. She serves mixed clientele, offering stress management massage, rehabilitative care, and mental health support under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. She provides targeted sports massage and rehabilitation for individual professional athletes and developed and supervises the student massage clinic for the Detroit Lions football team.

Sandy is the author of several massage texts including Mosby's Fundamentals of Therapeutic Massage and Sports and Exercise Massage. An educator for 20 years, Sandy owns Health Enrichment Center in Lapeer, MI, where she designs classes with innovative concepts and teaching strategies. A naturally gifted presenter, she is a popular instructor across the country.
